Ingredients

  • 5 pitted dates
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup peanuts or 1 tbsp Mayvers peanut butter
  • Soy or almond milk
  • Chia/LSA/seeds as desired

Steps

  1. Blend all ingredients in a good quality blender. Serve cold.
