Max is a clinical haematologist who looks after patients with all types of blood related conditions. These include anaemia, abnormalities in white cells and platelets, blood clotting and bleeding disorders as well as the full range of haematological malignancies such as lymphoma, leukaemia and myeloma. Max has a public appointment at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. He is an Associate Professor of the Melbourne University and has been involved in numerous clinical trials in various haematological disorders. He has published widely in various medical journals.
