Dr Abe has been a fully registered medical practitioner since 1995. He completed over ten years of formal specialist training in obstetrics and gynaecology and reproductive medicine in the UK and Ireland.
He moved to Australia in 2010 following appointment to Deakin University as a senior clinical lecturer and Monash IVF as a fertility specialist.
Dr Abe has since been a practicing obstetrician and gynaecologist at University Hospital Geelong and practices gynecology at the state of the art Epworth Geelong hospital.
He is the medical director of Geelong Gynaecology, the busiest fertility practice in the Barwon area and south west Victoria. This practice specialises in ovulation induction treatments, recurrent miscarriages and age related infertility. He is also accepts referral for complex laparoscopic surgery including use of robots.
