Sean Mackay is a surgeon at Eastern Health, and an Senior Lecturer in the Eastern Health Clinical School.  His private practice is based at Epworth Eastern and his rooms/office are at 120 Thames St, Box Hill. Sean’s initial training was in general surgery but his elective practice is now confined to his areas of subspecialist expertise: upper gastrointestinal, hepato-pancreatico-biliary, bariatric (weight loss), hernia, advanced laparoscopic surgery, as well as endoscopy (therapeutic and diagnostic) and ERCP.  Sean’s clinical interest include cancer surgery, weight loss surgery, biliary and gallbladder surgery, surgery for reflux disease, advanced laparoscopic surgery, and endoscopy/ERCP.
