Dr Alex Cockram

Appointed to the Epworth Board in 2020, Dr Cockram is an experienced Board Director in health, home and aged care, academic institutes and large scale precinct infrastructure development and management. Dr Cockram served as a Commissioner to the Royal Commission into Victoria’s Mental Health System and undertaken key roles as a strategic advisor to government and industry on areas including mental health, alcohol and other drug services, and service system reform. Dr Cockram is currently on the Boards of Silver Chain Group and New Footscray Hospital, Plenary Health and was formerly Chief Executive of Western Health.
