About Chemotherapy in the Home

This is a Richmond-based service that covers greater Melbourne.

Experience the quality of care you’d expect in an Epworth hospital in the comfort and familiarity of your own home.

Chemotherapy in the Home provides cancer treatment in the comfort of your own home, as an alternative to receiving treatment in the hospital. It is an outpatient service, much like in day oncology. Any other medical concerns outside of the treatment provided must be escalated to your appropriate doctors and consultants.

You need to be referred by your oncologist.

Services are covered by most health insurances (we will check for you in advance).

Services are delivered by a team of Epworth doctors, and nurses.
