Your GP will be supplied with a discharge summary, and copies of radiology and pathology reports, via our diagnostic partners Epworth Pathology and Epworth Medical Imaging.

Please ensure your GP’s details are provided when you register with our staff. We also suggest that you consult your Epworth specialist’s rooms for follow-up and advice on non-urgent matters.
