Childbirth classes booking request form

In completing this form, you are agreeing to being contacted by a member of the Childbirth Education team.

Once received, we will be in contact within 7 days to confirm the available dates and times of classes. Whilst we try to accommodate all bookings, classes are subject to availability and during peak periods they may book out in advance.

If you have health fund cover for pregnancy and birth services (generally Top/Gold hospital cover), have served your wait periods and are with either BUPA, NIB, MBP or AHSA, one class of either the Labour Birth & Baby OR C-Section class may be included as part of your hospital package, at no additional charge. Any additional class will be billed directly to you.

If you are self-insured or are with a health insurance provider that is not listed here, we will be in contact to arrange for class payment.

Hypnobirthing classes do incur the full fee and may or may not be claimable with your health fund. They are separate and additional to any health fund agreement.

Please note, the midwife educators do not have individual provider numbers as they are employed and practice under the Epworth hospital provider number. There is also no item number for each class.
