Physiotherapy after giving birth is an important part of your recovery process. The goals of postnatal physiotherapy are to restore normal bladder and bowel function, promote muscle healing and to reduce pain and swelling.
Our post-natal physiotherapists are here to assist you with your recovery and will visit you from the comfort of your own post-natal room. The physiotherapist will give you information on pelvic floor exercises, returning to activity, bladder and bowel health and retraining your abdominal muscles.
