Clinical Electives Application Process

Step 1 - Application Fee

An invoice will be sent for a $50 AUD application fee, prior to processing your application if there are any available.

Please provide proof of payment to the Epworth Clinical School once payment complete.

Step 2 - Upon success of your application

IIf your application is accepted, a letter of offer  will be forwarded to you and a placement fee of $250/week becomes payable.

Step 3 - Upon receipt of the placement fee

A Letter of Confirmation  will be forwarded to you, confirming your placement with Epworth HealthCare.

All up-to-date supporting insurance documents must be submitted to the school 10 business days prior   to the placement commencement date.

At Epworth it is important to ensure all placements meet regulatory standards. Unfortunately, documentation submitted after the due date does not allow for appropriate checks to take place and hence the placement will be cancelled.
